Who is responsible?
gogoalmaps.com is run by Romain Vouilloz, Rte de Mazembroz 61, 1926 Fully, Switzerland. For any question about your data: vouilloz.romain@gmail.com.
What data is collected?
- Waitlist: your email, your first name (optional) and the city you're interested in.
- Guide reservation: your email and the guide you're interested in.
- Contact form: your first name, email, subject and message.
The site uses no cookies. To see which pages are read, it uses GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool: no cookies, no tracking across pages or sites, and no data that could identify you is stored. Fonts are hosted on the site itself: no data is sent to Google Fonts.
Why?
- To let you know when the guides come out and to learn which cities interest people most (based on your consent).
- To reply to your messages.
Your data is never sold or rented.
Who has access?
The site and its forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which stores form submissions on our behalf. This transfer outside Switzerland and the EU relies on the contractual safeguards offered by Netlify (standard contractual clauses).
Email addresses from the waitlist and reservations are also passed to Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which sends our emails (checklist, guide releases). Anonymous visit statistics are processed by GoatCounter.
For how long?
Your data is kept for as long as you stay on the waitlist, or for as long as needed to handle your contact request, and then deleted.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. Just write to vouilloz.romain@gmail.com or use the unsubscribe link in every email.
